"The location was exceptional, property has its own entrance to Arcadia with all types of attractions available. The room was clean and staff was so nice they upgraded our room. Swimming pool was available 24/7 and we had the best time during breakfast, it was nutritious and delicious"

"It’s a true green island in the business of Arcadia. Lovely garden and pool side. This time good value for money."
"Be aware that there are loads of weddings. Namely over weekends. Hence it can be loud until 23:00 or so. A small and probably irrelevant remark (but which may say a lot about management) are the salt and pepper grinders. For 7 consecutive days we had to chase grinders that work and often from a set of half a dozen. It was mentioned; never improved."
"Действительно красивый отель в итальянском стиле, занимает здание исторического дворца. Очень атмосферный и уютный. Номер просторный, кровать удобная. Идеальная чистота. Находится в 5 минутах от Аркадии. Территория и сад с фонтаном, беседками, лавочками, утопающими в зелени, - просто наслаждение и, на мой взгляд, являются главной изюминкой отеля. Большой классный бассейн. Идеальный сервис заслуживает наивысшей похвалы. На завтрак хороший выбор вкусной еды и возможность заказать на баре качественный кофе (бесплатно). На территории отеля есть укрытие."
"На территории отеля проводятся дни рождения, свадьбы и другие мероприятия. Очень громкая музыка и разговоры ведущего праздника в микрофон невольно слышны отдыхающим отеля. Если вы ищете тихий, спокойный, уединенный отдых и релакс, то вас может ждать «сюрприз». Плюс значительная часть территории отеля (летняя терраса, фонтан) занимаются гостями ивентов, что делает невозможным для отдыхающих отеля сполна насладится территорией. Кондиционер в номере работал не корректно, только охлаждал воздух до 17 градусов, выше температуру переключить было не возможно. Сотрудник отеля тоже не смог помочь в решении этого вопроса, объяснив, что летом кондиционер настроен на 17 градусов. Выключили его, но ночью замерзли в номере."

До моря 5 мин !!!Просто рай практически в центре Аркадии!Это 5++++++Лучшая гостинница в Одессе!!!! Отныне я буду останавливаться только здесь !"

"Nice cozy place in a great location - one of the mount Pikuy climbing paths starts in just 50 meters from the hotel as an earth track, or you can walk first through the charming village - authentic houses, neat church, apple trees, cats and flowers. We found Pikuy an "ideal 1-day tour": high enough but not too high/steep, rewarding mountain range walk between clouds with great views, nice mix of forest and open alpine tundra along the path. Very good!"
