"The house is located a few metres from Arroyo de Valizas. The facilities inside the house were nice and comfortable. It's possible to get a clear view of the stars as there aren't many lights around that could cause light pollution. Private car parking is behind the house. There is a dining table at the back of the house, beside the parilla and the car parking. There is seating in front of the house on both ground and first floors to have a look at the arroyo and maybe have coffee or drinks."

"1. The key to the front door was broken just prior to our arrival, so we had a door that we couldn't lock so we had to take valuables with us everytime we stepped out. We used the coffee table as a makeshift lock to block that door from the inside. (It was just back luck that it happened with us and due to holiday time, the host couldn't get the issue fixed) 2. The water heater in the bathroom has an issue with the thermostat. Once it turns off, it doesn't turn on automatically, we have to manually press a button and if we are not aware of it, we'll not have hot water to take a shower especially when there are multiple people. We were informed of this during check-in but it was an inconvenience if you forget. 3. In the same house, a part of the ground floor is used by other occupants (you don't see them but will definitely hear them). If they have a fight or playing music, it's heard in both the bedrooms. 4. The house is located in the fishermen's neighborhood. This neighborhood has a private unpaved muddy road that is a disaster when it rains and our car hit the bottom while trying to navigate it. Be aware of it if you are going during or immediately after rains. While coming back, we had to build a makeshift track with stones to not get stuck in the mud."

"La cabaña está ubicada a pocos metros de la unión del mar con el Arroyo Valizas. Y también de las playas del mar. La vista es privilegiada. Las instalaciones de la misma son modernas, camas sommier y supercomodas, también se puede cocinar. Pero lo mejor si duda, fue la atención de la dueña que estuvo siempre atenta para que estuviéramos cómodas y conociéramos la mayor cantidad de lugares. Sin duda super recomendable."

"Tiene una linda vista a las dunas y el arroyo de valizas, la bajada a la playa es un camino donde el arroyo es como tu patio, por allí transitan otros vecinos y me pareció ideal entre privacidad y cercanía a la playa. Siempre vamos a valizas con nuestros niños y esta vez diría diría fue la primera vez que no anduvimos super cargados xq estábamos cerquita y ante cualquier cosa que necesitábamos íbamos en un ratito a la casa. Fuimos con nuestro perro que nunca había salido de vacaciones y pasamos increíble. Los perro allí son territoriales pero super sociables. Volvería muchas veces! La anfitriona nos soluciono varias cosas hasta nos ayudó con algo de efectivo ya que no teníamos y en valizas no hay cajero. Todo una experiencia preciosa"

"Casa totalmente equipada. Todo muy limpio y agradable. Cecilia está en cada detalle y es muy servicial. Las camas muy cómodas, el internet funcionaba perfecto y la vista desde el balcón es inmejorable. Sin dudas que es la mejor opción en valizas. Recomiendo 100%. Volveremos!!"
