"The staff were all superfruendly snd efficient , note of remarks for Jasur (Guest Experience manager) and his colleague in charge of the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner (I am sorry but I do not remember his name…) to which we participated and really enjoyed. Both helped in finding a table for my wife with very short notice….Many thanks to them!"

"Staff is super helpful. When shuttle was not running, the staff has immediately helped us arrange his teammate to drive us to where we wanna go. When we get there the teammate who drove us there also helped us arrange a ride back to the hotel! Super helpful - very impressive."

"Beautiful, modern and well-maintained hotel. The hotel is a little away from the historic city center, in the heart of the new Silk Road Samarkand complex, but can be reached quickly by taxi (e.g. YandexGo) in 15 minutes. Spacious room, modern, quiet and equipped with all necessary amenities. The room was very clean. The whole team (reception, restaurant, room service) is very helpful, professional and available for any request. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Khusniddin, Dilshod and the other room service staff, who have always been professional and kind. The food served by room service was always very good and well presented. I also enjoyed the homemade desserts in the Lobby Bar. The hotel also has large, pleasant indoor & outdoor pools and spa. I will definitely return to the Hilton on my next visit to Samarkand."
