"I would like to highlight the professionalism and, above all, the extraordinary kindness of Aziz, the receptionist at the Meros Hotel in Bukhara. He provided us with exceptional service, going far beyond his role: sightseeing tips better than a guidebook, invaluable information (synagogue, kosher restaurants), help with taxis, always completely selfless. We had a very early morning flight, and he even opened the breakfast room especially for us. I have never experienced such a high level of service, so humane and generous. Aziz is a remarkable person whom I will not forget."

"Wonderful stay in Bukhara! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect! Very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home from the very first moment. The location is excellent: all the main sights of Bukhara are within walking distance, so it was very easy and pleasant to explore the city on foot. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bukhara. Thank you for the great hospitality!🤍"

"Meros Hotel is really well located, very near the centre of Bukhara. It has lovely local touches to the decoration and a lovely courtyard for breakfast. Our room was nice and light and plenty big enough for two people. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful with arranging transport etc."
