"It’s 5* at European level. I loved it. I initially preferred to stay in the old quarter but based on the reviews , I chose for Melia. What a good decision. Pure luxury and a short walking distance to the old quarter"

"Good modern hotel with well appointed rooms. Great location, 1km walking distance from Hoan Kiem lake. We were a family of 4 and had to take 2 rooms and the staff were very considerate to give adjoining rooms, though not connected. Good breakfast spread. We did an early check in with 1/2 day payment and that worked well given we reached early morning."
