"A comfortable 3* hotel in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for exploring the delights of the old town and the beauty of Hoan Kiem lake. We had a spacious room with a balcony over the street at the front. We could hear the noise a little bit but not enough to stop us sleeping. It was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Breakfast has plenty of options and was tasty. Thanks to Mai, Gracy, Fiona and the team for looking after us."

"Located smack bang on the riverside at the HoiAn bridge, you choose this hotel primarily for it's location. It's in an old spacious building - staff are friendly and accommodating. We stayed here in 2018, and were happy enough to book it again this time around."

"The best hotel we have stayed in anywhere. Luxurious, and located just outside the old town, we enjoyed a peaceful 5 nights here where the staff would do anything for you. Our room was immaculate at all times, room service was so needed after some long nights in the bar! And laundry service was brilliant/affordable. Ms Dzung was amazing with anything we needed. We booked multiple trips through the hotel e.g. My Son, lantern boat & memories show, the Coconut village and cooking class. She provided a lot of advice on where to go, how to avoid scams and how to haggle in the shops! The on-site spa was so relaxing and both masseuses were incredibly kind and welcoming. While waiting for our late transport out of Hoi An, the reception staff kept providing free waters for us. All of this contributed to a magical stay in Hoi An, where we got engaged on the lantern boat. A truly magical and memorable stay, we will absolutely be coming back and staying here again! 5 stars."

"The hotel is located at the heart of Old Quarter. Location is really good. Not too noisy at night unlike other busy streets in HanoI but near restaurants, cafes, and other placea like St. Josephs Cathedral and Train Street. I would like to commend Hannah, our host. She was so warm, so helpful, cheerful and welcoming. She speaks English very well so communicating with her is easy. We had an early flight out so she prepared take away breakfast for all the guests who won't be able to take breakfast at the hotel. All the other staff are so friendly as well from the cleaning lady to the cook to the receptionists. A charming boutique hotel, inexpensive but worth your money."

"Spring and Kimmi have been amazing! They been so helpful with recommendations for things to do and tailors to go to, they were super enthusiastic! Would be lost without them. Great location, close to old town, with loads of great walkable food options Hotel in general is very clean and comfortable.
