"Mary Jane, her daughter, and the entire staff at Hotel Santo were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to assist me with a flight issue and even provided an extra towel for the Millennium Cave tour, which I truly appreciated. The entrance, reception, lounge, bar, and dining room are adorned with fabulous relics and charming décor, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere. The property boasts a beautiful garden and a tranquil swimming pool at the rear, ideal for relaxation."

"Malaki and his family were great hosts! Very helpful and friendly. Sorted out lots of things for us with no fuss, even though we booked last minute and had limited planning. We had some good laughs! Good view of volcano, and hear the rumbling! Simple and authentic ni-Van accommodation."

"The location and the view at the Castle Tree House Bungalow was amazing. You wake up and see the vulcano and even hear the sounds. The family of owner Mike is really kind and hospitable. "What a great surprise this find is, staying with a local community and eating the traditional food ,only 25mins walk to a private beach and 10min walk to the ash fields . Here the rumble of the mountain like its a distant thunder storm. The kids will show you around with great enthusiasm. And all being close to the volcano and hot springs and the hosts will arrange any other activities and transports needed , This is the real deal don't miss out . Ps look after Max well we will return ."

"- The location is great with absolutely fantastic snorkelling out the front (felt very safe and I’m not a strong swimmer) - use of Kayaks an added bonus - refreshing to cool off in the pool or relax in a hammock - the villas are clean and user friendly, very comfortable bed, excellent wifi and aircon highly valued -Michael is a champion with a friendly smile, excellent local knowledge and nothing we asked about was a hassle or too much trouble!
