"Location is convenient and close to amenities. Room is well appointed, clean and tidy. A good standard for single travellers or families."

"Car parking entry and exit could be better as you need to reverse out from the property to exit onto main road. There wasnt a tv remote in the room and the staff member didnt show the room as to where things were. Little things that can add to service point of difference with other properties. Explanation of breakfast service would have been good as expectation was that it was buffet or similar."

"Alec's place is very close to town. Spotless clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning is top. Will definitely book again. We enjoyed our stay"

"Most holidays you're out and about so this place is perfect to drop off your luggage and explore Samoa then return back for a dip in the pool and a good night's rest. A complimentary breakfast was offered but we went out or sometimes slept in. Thank You so much to all the staff for preparing our rooms at such short notice."

"The room was very large and spacious and the beds were super comfy. We appreciated the free wifi. And the location was really great. The staff were super friendly too!"

"The breakfast was nice and simple. Enough options for us all, and very satisfying to see that it was traditional and westernised selections."

"I wasn't too much of a fan with the juice options. One of the orange coloured drinks was overly sweet, I was hoping for it to be orange juice but I guess it was a flavoured cordial."

"Great family room big and spacious. We had four in this room so we got a bed each. Very clean and we were really looked after by the staff especially Faith, she was awesome. Anything we needed she always helped us. Also location great, near all great restaurants and also not far from city"

"The only thing was the stairs no elevator. But it was ok didn't mind it, just when carrying bags up and down. Faith was awesome offering to help us take our bags."
