"This was our second stay in this beautiful hotel, and everything was just the same as before - perfect. Comfortable, clean, very polite staff, central location, fantastic breakfast with a great choise of domestic food, and nice, warm swimming pool for relaxation after a day spent in Rugova mountains. I am sure we will come again."

"The location was excellent on the main square with easy access to cafes, restaurants and shops, and the food when we ate in the main restaurant one evening was also very good. The reception team were very friendly and helpful, as was the lady in the Spa."

"The Spa had a very slippery floor when wet, there was no ladder or railings to provide support when entering or leaving the pool, and the jacuzzi appeared a little ‘tired’. The steam room was closed as it wasn’t working. The side lights on both sides of the bed were broken with exposed wires and didn’t work, the light over the vanity table flickered on and off. The waiters in the main restaurant were slow to acknowledge you when entering and slow with providing menus or when trying to pay the bill."

The rooms are always spotless and very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. "We spent one night in this beautiful hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. I read a lot of reviews here, including negative ones, and I just can't believe they are writing about the same hotel. Everything concerning this hotel was fabulous - the warm welcome of the always smiling staff, very nice room with a huge, comfortable bed and spotlessly clean bathroom, a big balcony where we enjoyed great coffee and tea, overlooking the main street. The pool and jacusi were just perfect - very warm, clean and without a crowd (we went there after an evening walk, and it was fantastic relaxation). But the best part of our stay was breakfast, with so many kind of domestic "bread" (including uštipci, pita od sira, kukuruza, etc.), with a huge variety of fresh and tasty food, and the best homemade cakes that one can imagine! So, we are coming back for sure, and we strongly recommand this hotel to anyone going to Pejë."
