"I spent 7 days at this property with my family, I was impressed to find such kind of place at this price. The master bedroom is too big with a wardrobe, 2 visitors bedroom and bathrooms. Kitchen as at home,amazing leaving and dining room at furniture.A power backup in place 27/7. A starlink free WiFi that my children enjoyed with online games. The workers were very kind and respectful. I strongly recommend this place, and it will be my place for my next visit in lusaka"

"The room was clean, tidy, and smelled great. The host was incredibly welcoming and proactive in helping us. We had to move out because we overslept and missed our reservation for the next day. The host proactively helped us find a new place to stay and personally drove us there."

"Property located about 1,5 hour drive from Lusaka and it worth the ride. This is a meditative place to spend time with nature and yourself. Premises are just top notch. Everything is on a very high level. Cleanest air and water in the entire Africa I believe. Geoff gets water from own well and then filters additionally. So tasty that we took 2 bottles with us. I had a deep and healthy sleep every night - slept like a baby or even a cat. Literally enjoyed each moment of our stay. Lost some weight too! :) Goa or Bali is nothing compared to this place. For spiritual retreat you should come here and unite with Universe. Geoff is an easygoing and highly attentive person. I felt like we were staying with friends or a family rather than at a rented flat. Already missing the place and planning to return in October-November this year."

"The villas are clean, modern and were perfect for my needs. I was able to walk to local restaurants and shops which I really appreciate. The close shopping mall had everything I could have needed. The villas and gardens were well kept and the staff were very friendly and keen to make my stay comfortable. The finishes in my room were great and it was very clean and serviced daily. I wasn’t able to really take advantage of the pool and clubhouse until the morning of my departure. The staff were so happy and accommodating offering a ‘Full English’, all I wanted was a cuppa which they provided. What a lovely setting!? I realised I could have easily arranged a take away form the shops and sat in the clubhouse on some of the evenings I was there!! – Maybe next time? If you stay, I recommend taking a walk or short drive to the Bees Kness Bar/Grill. Stevie (owner) was such fun. Food was great and fantastic value."
