"Fantastic location, very private, and for a small space it had everything you need to be comfortable. The studio was very clean, and the air conditioning was great during the hot evenings."

"Very clean flat. Not too big, but when you go out all day like we did, it's big enough. Nice neighbourhood with restaurants and shops. A 15 minute walk away from the Sidney Harbour Bridge. Train station and ferry terminal within walking distance. Parking is a bit problematic, but Sue and her husband did their very best to find a spot and they succeeded. It is a good starting point for going into the city."

"Lovely studio, so glad we found this hidden gem, the flat was so clean and warm and lovely, beautiful large en-suite- had everything we needed and very good location close to harbour bridge- Sue was so lovely and welcoming and provided us with lovely snacks and recommendations for our Sydney stay- 10/10!"

"I don't want to leave a good review because this place will be impossible to book in future, but I want to be fair to my great hosts. The room is perfect. Comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean. In a quiet neighbourhood (I slept like a baby) but 15 min door to door to my office in the CBD. Shockingly good value honestly and will book again."

"The ceiling lights were about 100 lumen to bright for me. Kidding.. the place is perfect."

"Convenient walk to North Sydney CBD, village center, train and ferries to Circular Quay. NB: Car is a liability; find other ways to get around. Bathroom is nice. The owners were very accommodating with luggage handling. Loved the 5pm Kookaburras feeding."

"The granny flat/studio was exceptional—new, fresh, and very inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, the bathroom feels luxurious, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect; everything is close by and easy to walk to, so we hardly needed the car. Sue, the owner, is wonderfully welcoming and accommodating. We’ll definitely be saving this as a favourite for future stays."
