"Location was easy to find, really good barbers and coffee shop downstairs- they spoke English and were able to help us find good restaurants etc….. really nice security guard 24 hrs, and the swimming pool"

"Everything was excellent. Communication with the hosts was friendly and efficient, and check-in was smooth. We paid the correct rate in bolivianos for the booking, no unexpected costs. Located in a safe residential neighbourhood with a mini market just downstairs, plus a huge supermarket (IC Norte) about 12 min walk. The studio was super nice, modern and clean, and had everything we could need (surprisingly even an English edition of Lonely Planet Bolivia). Comfortable bed, a bedside light and charging point, dark curtains, strong WiFi and air conditioning, cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen and perfect hot shower. We appreciated that the kitchenette came with some basics like cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, and tea. The rooftop pool was very enjoyable for the steamy Santa Cruz weather. We would definitely recommend :)"

"Comfortable bed, clean shower and all room. Simple breakfast. Less expensive than other places in the town because it is on the outskirts of the city, but it's just a 10min walk tot he center. Safe parking in a garage size of one car or a few motorcycles. But it is safe enough to leave vehicles outside also."
