Chobe River Lodge

"The staff were exceptionally attentive with lots of staff available, responsive to my emails ahead of stay, room was clean and well appointed. Lovely shower. We organised a river cruise and transfers which were well organised and seamless. The food was very high quality and breakfast plentiful."

"Our room was spacious, spotless and had a lovely view of the garden. The hippo which came to mow the lawn at night was an added bonus. Breakfast options were extensive and although dinner choices were fewer, the dishes were delicious and ample."

"It's a pity that the lodge does not have more of a river view. And given its name, there is an expectation that one can see more of the Chobe River. Certainly from a ground floor room the view is limited to a very small window. The bedroom is sorely in need of a mirror, there is only a single mirror in the bathroom. The bedroom has ample wall space to include a mirror."

"What a beautiful lodge to stay in. Got to watch sunset off their own private deck. Food was fantastic, service amazing. Would highly recommend"
