"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Sarazena. We chose the biggest suite, and it was extremely comfortable and perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. One of the best things was that we could cook our own meals, which made everything very convenient when traveling with kids. At night, we enjoyed relaxing in our own private “onsen” experience because Sarazena has a very big bathtub. It was perfect for lounging and unwinding after a long day of exploring. It made our stay feel even more special and luxurious. The location is truly the best. Just a short walking distance to Zermatt railway station, making it very easy to travel. There is also a Coop supermarket nearby where we could easily buy groceries. Many restaurants are everywhere around the hotel, so food options are never a problem."

"The hotel is perfectly located for skiers/snowboarders. A short walk to the Gornergrat Bahn or the Ski Bus stop makes it very convenient to get up to the slopes. Staff were super friendly and the room was large, bright and very clean. Amenities such as kettle, coffee machine and bar fridge were supplied. Initial concerns from some reviews that the hotel overlooked the train station were quickly dispelled, as the tracks in question were for the Gornergrat Train, not the main station! No trains ran during the night, and even during the day, they only ran every 30 minutes. Double glazing also eliminated any noise."

"The location is prime, right opposite the train station and steps from the Gonnegrat train station, Coop, restaurants, bars, ski rental shops and everything else. Our two bed room apartment at the top floor of this little hotel is newly refurbished, well equipped with kitchen stuffs and toiletries. The unit is lovely and quiet despite being right opposite the main station and next to the Gonnegrat Bahn. Every morning we enjoyed full breakfast at the hotel and took the Gonnegrat up to ski and never missed the first track. At the end of the day, we could take the Gonnegrat back down, ski down the Sennega and walked 750 meters back, or ski down to Furi and take bus to the bus stop right outside the hotel. Staffs and owner are friendly and helpful. On our sixth trip to Zermatt, this is the best stay and we will surely return. Spacious apartment with full hotel service on best location!"
