"The position of the hotel next to the lake, the marina and the promenade is great. The room was air-conditioned and the bathroom was almost as large as the room itself."
"Aucun."
"Everything. The room was lovely and in a perfect location in the old city of Neuchatel. . The breakfast was good and the service as well."
"The hotel does not have any parking though it provides a free parking sticker if you find a free white marked parking space. This could be a problem if you have a lot of luggage or have difficulty walking."
"Location is perfect. Neuchâtel is a very walkable city, and the hotel is situated steps from the lake and its lovely esplanade, as well as the city center. And you can catch a tram out front that takes you up tot he train station, which itself is easily walkable if you don't have a heavy suitcase. Room is small but cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. I could recommend the hotel for business or pleasure."
"Perhaps a slightly larger room with an easy chair, or a lounge for relaxing or reading."
"Very nice and friendly personnel at the reception. Room was clean and sufficient stash of towels. Location is very good, close to the city center and the lake of Neuchatel."
"Breakfast was too basic for the price. Room was quite small, didn't have a lot of room to open my trolley."
"The area, close by the city center and the small touristic harbour. Further the support by the Hotel team."
"The bed. Wake up in the night due to a bedspring which poped up."
"Very clean and warm, nice location. The beds are comfortable and the staff are very helpful"
"Room was a little small but it was comfortable, breakfast could be a bit better but food was fresh and the coffee was good"
"The location was about 10 mins walk from the train station and few minutes to the center. It is next to the lake which is great for jogging and walking. Although the view from our room was blocked by the tree, the room was nice, the bed was comfy."

"Amazing location, right by the lake and very close to the bus and tram station. Also it’s in the city centre"
"Aucun."
"The location is perfect to visit Neuchatel. The rooms are very quiet. There was a huge party close-by and I was really scared I would not sleep but the windows are incredibly good to isolate from the noise."
"I think it is a bit pricey for this kind of hotel but it was a busy weekend during peak season, which may have pushed prices up....and it is Switzerland.....nothing is inexpensive around here. The property is pretty dated and needs a refresh."
"Staff and location was perfect. Parking system excellent which enable us to use public transport during our stay."
"Breakfast nothing exceptional"
