"I liked the hotel, the staff was friendly, and I liked that we had a whole floor for my family for privacy."

"I don't recommend staying there when it is cold. The whole room was super cold, there was no heater, and the bathroom water was super cold I could barely shower, and the Wi-Fi was weak. And if you are a visitor, I would say the hotel is a bit far from the malls or activities"

"The location of the property, the building’s new condition, and the fact that all furnishings are brand-new and unused are positive aspects that we truly appreciate. We would also like to extend our special thanks to Ms. Tasneem for her attention and courteous assistance."

"However, there are several important shortcomings that negatively affected our stay. The absence of toilet paper in the bathrooms, the provision of only one bottle of water at check-in, the lack of hangers in the rooms, and the unavailability of towels are all below the expected accommodation standards. In addition, although the apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer, the lack of a drying rack for natural air-drying—and the fact that it was provided during our previous stay but not this time—constitutes a significant deficiency. Furthermore, the absence of a consistent pricing policy, whereby guests staying under the same conditions are charged different rates, is another point of dissatisfaction. Although efforts were made to assist us in this regard, we would prefer a clear, consistent, and predictable pricing structure."
