"A comida é bem simples.

"Efficient check in, friendly staff, comfortable room and excellent breakfast"

"Really nice! The restaurant in the ground floor was really good and practical"

"There was a slightly damp smell coming from the bathroom."

"Good location, great value, clean. I frequently fly via Cancun and tried several hotels, this is the best when just staying the night. Also in the future I will choose this hotel!"

"Every time when I come the pool is closed for renovation even if it says open at the booking page!"

"Even though the apartment is not beachfront, it has a gorgeous view to the lagoon and the location is very convenient, since the connected mall has a great grocery store and it is pretty easy to get to the beach with Uber. The AC worked great and having a washer/dryer available was also very convenient. We had no hot water when we arrived, but they promptly replaced the whole boiler while we were out the next day, which really surprised and satisfied us."

"The room facing the building can be noisy at night because of a nearby nightclub; some furniture in the apartment and gym equipment were damaged but still usable; and a few times housekeeping forgot toilet paper, though we could always request it at reception."
