"The hotel is very comfortable. It has a large, comfortable bed, a kettle in the room with tea and coffee, and a nice sitting area. The room, as well as the bathroom, was spacious. The biggest advantages for me were the location and the spa area, which includes swimming pools, a sauna, and other attractions. The Wi-Fi worked well and the staff were very helpful. Definitely worth the price and a longer stay."

"Clean, quiet and stylish public spaces and rooms. The bathroom offers all amenities and the shower is big enough for perhaps three people. Good lighting options (all lamps worked), good wardrobe and hanging space, even a little shoe-polishing sponge and a sewing-kit. A little fridge with a water boiler and cups on top, as well as a glass "cupboard" with beatiful lighting for glassware for two. The breakfast was excellent, with optios varying by day."

"The bed sheets were too warm for my taste, for the room temperature. By the way, room temperature can not be controlled. The airconditioning unit appeared to start, but actually turned itself back off almost immediately. Not great sound insulation between rooms."

"Paulina and Marta were very helpful at the reception. My room was very clean and spacious with anything a person could need. The water dispenser in the hallway instead of plastic bottles left an amazing impression on me. The food was excellent and the cleaning stuff never failed to deliver. Overall my expectations were met in every way. I wish i had more time to try the spa."

"The walls were thin indeed as I expected after reading some reviews but as long as you don't have loud neighbors it is worth a try."

"Everything was good, breakfast was delicious. Place is in the city center near the church. Calm atmosphere. Also like the view from the windows. If you want to visit Bialystok is good place to stay."

"It was a little bit cold in the rooms, perhaps something with the heating system, but it wasn’t a big problem as we had warm blankets."
