"Lovely boutique hotel with warm and hospitable staff who went off their way to help and guide us. The lovely owner Canan has given us wonderful recommendations and insisted to contact her any time with any questions. Lovely breakfast too. Great location, tasteful and peaceful I am truly happy I made this choice."

"right by the sea and a little bit far from the town centre, as long as you don’t stay in the room facing the main street it’s actually pretty quiet; friendly and helpful staff offering water and drinks and tea; good breakfast by the water; good partial sea view; big enough bed for two people; bus station outside the hotel can take you directly to ayvalik otogar or cunda island; overall very pleasant stay!"

"Great location overlooking the sea and easy car trip into Ayvalik and an easy stroll to the Cunda Markets. The host was lovely and breakfast was not only delicious but incredibly generous. The room was enormous and the bathroom a good size. The bed was comfortable and clean and the balcony had furniture so that you could sit and enjoy the sunset."

"We had a great time at the Ege Apart Otel, the people were friendly and helpful. It’s family friendly, we were with a three year old so the pool was great to have even if the beach is right in front of the hotel. An added benefit was also that the mosque was far enough that you hardly heard the chanting, especially great for our three year old as she was quite upset every time it happened."

"If you want you can always find a downside but we really enjoyed the hotel. If you want to go out every night then maybe the location is a bit less although there are a few restaurants at walking distance."

"The property is in a great location, just a short 5 minute stroll and you're in the heart of Cunda. The stone house has a lot of character with original stone masonry and lots of archeological artefacts and historical artwork around the home. The host that took care of us during our stay was outstanding, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the kitchen, it is a large kitchen and has all required appliances. This property has a lovely garden area, we would have used the garden area more if the property had a more comfortable sitting area. There is also an area where you can park your car that is close to the home, and this area is best enjoyed if you have a car so you can explore Ayvalik and other beaches and landmarks around the area. Overall, a great property and host service."

"This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but I feel it's important to know, as this house is an older home the water pressure in the shower is low. We weren't able to log onto the smart TV and there is only one TV in the upstairs bedroom, so if you wanted to watch a show at night with the family you weren't really able to. These are just some things we observed but as I said not a deal breaker, we still had a lovely stay."
