"On the first night, a woman walked into our room at night. On the second morning, a man entered our room unannounced. So make sure you lock your door at night! We woke up multiple times at night and morning due to loud music and screaming children. The bathrooms were not very clean but the facilities were fine for the price."

"Exactly what you expect based on the description. It’s not luxury, but it’s clean, tidy, and has a nice atmosphere. Every room has a double bed, and the mattress isn’t hard, which is quite rare in Vietnam. The breakfast was good and varied: eggs, Vietnamese sausage, bao, rice, pancakes, a mix of local and Western options. The staff was very kind and helpful. We had to leave earlier than planned because of an accident, and they gave us a discount, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very good experience."
