"Very nice room in this hotel with a giant bed and a bath tub. The breakfast was also good and free parking was available in front of the hostel however there were also lots in the back of the hotel. Good stay near the beach!"

We loved the location - close enough for a walk to the CBD along the waterfront, but with close by access to a choice of restaurants and shops. We loved being able to watch the ibis and other birds in the trees outside our window!"

"Please try to accomodate an early arrival / from other country/ as we had to wait till 3 pm to check in and check out was at 12 which was early for us too. Also there were constant problems with Wi -Fy on 3 rd floor our room was 308."

"the pillows are rather lumpy (this is normal in the hotels we have stayed in in Chile). The hotel is a good 30 min walk from the centre of town. With all the cakes (Kuchen) on offer this is no bad thing. Otherwise it is about $3 in a taxi of which there are plenty."

"Great location for a 1 night stay after a very long flight and to rest up before picking up our rental car. Right across the street from a lovely beach and view of the volcanos. Good buffet breakfast at the restaurant next door. Also had a very nice dinner at this restaurant, which shares a relationship with the hotel and provided a 20% discount for hotel guests."

"The rooms were a little bit outdated, but clean. We were exhausted, so slept very well, but you can hear quite a bit of noise from the surrounding rooms (creaking floors, footsteps, etc) because it is an older building."
