"Generally the apartment was good, very spacious and well decorated, with good location and everything one needs for holidays, fridge, cooker, kettle even washing machine. The bed and the couch were very comfortable. There was a very good communication with the owners of the apartment and quick response in whatever we asked them for."

Some of the kitchen machines were not clean ( to be honest very dirty), so we could not use them like coffee maker, toast machine and microwave: even though I was asking before about the coffee machine. The fridge had food from previous renters, like pizza in the freezer even oil bottle in the fridge. And there was dust on some things like decoration ash trays where the mirror is. Also it was a bit untidy. I mostly talk about the bathroom where there was a glass furniture right next to the toilet on which one could find bottles of men shower, shampoos etc. I suggest that the owner should clean up everything and leave tidy only what is needed: a shower, a shampoo, a liquid detergent for washing clothes. And there was not any dustbin to put trash that cannot be thrown in the toilet.

"The location of the hotel is at the city centre. There were restaurants nearby. Only few meters walk from a shopping center and a 24 hour grocery. A lot of travel tour agency around. The room has complete facility. The bed was too small but comfy. It has hot water in the bathroom which is very important during winter months."

The temperature of the heater in the room was not enough. Eventhough it's in the maximum setting you can feel the cold inside the room.

"I needed a place for my family in the area and we have so far used these apartments twice - with great success. The check in is super easy, the check out as well, everything is electronic, clean, well maintained. Overall love it."

The small studio apartment we were at had the smoke detection alarm on top of the stove. As a result, even opening the oven for a tiny bit would trigger it. Not the end of the world but hardly great.
