"Very friendly and welcoming team throughout our stay Room was consistently clean, tidy, and well kept Excellent central location, easy to get around Tarrafal. Food & fruit juices at the restaurant downstairs were good !"
"Island-wide power cuts occasionally affected electricity, WiFi, and hot water; staff were thoughtful in providing lights and water when needed. Power-cuts varied between a few hours in the evening to a full 24h - however this is clearly out of their control. Roosters in the courtyard can be rather enthusiastic from early hours (from ~3am), though this seems to be part of the local Tarrafal charm."

"The apartment was on the top floor which meant walking up 47 steps The apartment was absolutely spotless and very clean and comfortable. We struggled to find the cutlery which was in a hidden draw with the kitchen items."

"Our host, Elizandna, was so lovely, friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. We asked where we could buy milk for a drink, and she got us a carton straight away. We met Elizandna the next morning to pay and had a lovely breakfast in the cafe/ restaurant where she works. She's such a happy person and a pleasure to be around. The apartment has everything you need if you wish to cook whilst away and was spotlessly clean. There is a washing machine, and this can be found upstairs in the communal area. The apartment is also close to the shops and beach, so nicely situated."
