"The food options were limited and the menu was the same for our 4 night stay. The dining can be improved. However, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and looked after my son who has various food allergies."

All staff were super friendly, flexible and wanting to help in any way they could to make my stay incredible. Very close walk to santa claus village and the jacuzzi and sauna are delightful."

"Would have loved a few bar snacks in the room if even for purchase. Felt like some chocolate and chips after my wine in the jacuzzi. Also bring bathers for the jacuzzi as they are visible from the street."

"The staffs are generally well trained and warn but got a few might just come for temp winter job which is not up to standard. The Jacuzzi and Sauna are really what we enjoy the most. Love resort are quit since exclusive since only hv less then 30 rooms. The location is just next to Santa Clause village. (150m away) Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Your car can just park beside your room. Unlike Northen Light village hotel, you will need use snow carriages to push your own luggage’s to the rooms. Many rooms can be quite far from your car. But we are looking at different price range. Dinner was a 3 course fine dining and Breakfast was a buffet. All is good. My husband and I love the stay."
