Located on the edge of the Rainbow Reef, The Remote Resort is set opposite Taveuni Island. It is accessible from either a 20-minute boat ride from Taveuni or a 1-hour drive and 20-minute boat ride from Savusavu. Fiji Islands' Remote Resort offers snorkelling and kayaking options. Pusat Balneoterapi treatments are also available. Stylishly designed to blend in with the natural tropical surroundings, each villa boasts handcrafted wood furniture, an iPod docking station and a king-size bed with Egyptian cotton towels. Each has a spacious outdoor deck with a day bed. Private in-villa dining or dining at the Main Pavilion & Lounge is available.

"The staff were all great but Vilisi was especially wonderful. The location was perfect. Really good snorkeling. The house reef is good but the boat excursions were amazing. We realized a bit late in the week that we could request special meals from the kitchen team. - kokondo every day !!"

"Breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Office staff were helpful especially the lady in charge. She was very helpful, efficient and very polite. Her approach was superb. Unfortunately didn't get her name but she is from Lomolomo village ."
