"Exceptional decor and well presented, quaint and rustic. Great location in a beautiful village, like something out of a fairy tail. Some lovely restaurants nearby,,within a couple of minutes walk....parking fine and a lovely continental style breakfast."

"Da falta de um espaço para o hóspede tomar um vinho, uma conversa … a vida noturna nas cidades ao redor encerram cedo, queríamos tomar um vinho na volta, mas era inviável. O responsável até nos disponibilizou o espaço do café da manhã, mas com horário limitado… no outro dia usamos , mas ele n gostou muito .., ou seja, é um local p vc dormir cedo e acordar cedo (usar para dormir e tomar banho)"

"Everything inside is outstanding : quality, cleaning, staff, … I did not have breakfast so I cannot evaluate it, but all of the rest was super ! The parking is 5 minutes walking distance, 35 euro/day, so perfect !"

"Fabulous log type cabin with very modern bathroom and shower facilities. Big log burner which we were encouraged to use. Tv not so good and no Netflix. Owner was great Didn't speak English but wecomed us withdrinks and Crepe's in the morning. Lovely man."

"We travelled as two families (four adults and three children) and La Stube de Marinette could not have suited us better. Caroline and Jean’s genuine pride in their home shone through, and they were helpful even before our arrival, sharing local tips and offering to book a restaurant as we were due to arrive late. They also left us a basket of fresh bread and croissants on our first morning! The beautifully restored house blends Alsatian charm with modern comforts: spacious bedrooms, a bathroom for each room, a fully equipped kitchen, and thoughtful essentials already stocked. Hippsheim is peaceful yet brilliantly placed for Strasbourg, Colmar, the wine‑route villages, and Europaparc (40 mins). We felt cared for every step of the way. Five stars and highly recommended."
