"I liked that it was really warm as it was very cold outside . Every day the room was really tidy . It was close to the metro station , you have a cafe under the hotel for a morning coffee , and also besides the McDonald’s there is a Boulangerie . So if you don’t opt for a breakfast you have it there ! The staff was really friendly and helpful ! It’s a real value for money !"

"I hope the room was at least vacuumed everyday as a girl hair falls a lot but that’s not a big deal . The faucet was in front of our bed , I don’t know how healthy that is and not that efficient ."

"Very nice suit room large enough to accommodate 3 persons, clean, well decorated, nice street view, tea, coffee, espresso machine, bath robes and all other amenities were present. We like the option to close sliding glass door between two rooms to have more privacy. Location is nice too, close to metro and and many small brasseries. Highly recommend this place."

"I wasn’t a big fan of the check in. Could have just been a bit friendlier. However the lady who checked me out was super nice and friendly. So a bit of a mixed reaction to the staff. Not totally bad but not the best. When I came home late a security guard was there but never once looked up from his phone call to see who was entering which I found odd in terms of security. But overall it was a nice little hotel."

"The staff at the front desk were very sociable, helpful, and warm. The hotel is very clean throughout, and the bathroom and toilet facilites were spotless. In addition, the building is very centrally located, with lots of great traiteurs, cafes, and restaurants nearby. A short walk takes you to Metro line 3; lots of places you'd want to see are on it. The Metro stop is Parmentier. Not too onerous to drag a suitcase there ...."

"The shower had no lip on its basin. I don't take long showers, but the floor became completely flooded (as far as the bed) requiring mop-up."
