"Room was very cosy and warm with everything that you need. View from the hotel is great. Very nice stuff and perfect French cuisine. Do not hesitate to order something to eat. It is just delicious."

"Hotel Moderne was nestled in an isolated and elevated part of the Aubrac national park. I was the only one staying that night, and was originally informed by email that the restaurant wouldn't be open. However, when I arrived they were very kindly able to prepare a very nice meal for me, with starter and dessert. I expect the Moderne was ahead of its time when it opened, but its name is a bit misleading! The building has loads of character, but not the dictionary definition of modern! I was made to feel extremely welcome, and the landlady was very patient with my efforts to converse in French. I would definitely stay again - it's in a beautiful part of France."

Rencontre avec les habitants au comptoir inoubliable, tripoux maison incroyables et surtout l' espace toilette douche lavabo placard dans un module pivotant vintage .
