"Всё замечательно! Хорошая комната по хорошей цене. Есть всё, что нужно для проживания. Очень приятная и приветливая хозяйка, уютный дворик с беседкой и дружелюбными четвероногими друзьями) Хоть находится в 10 минутах ходьбы от метро, место очень тихое, ночью машин почти нет, не сигналит вообще никто, выспаться можно отлично. При случае, с удовольствием остановлюсь тут снова."

"Хозяйка Анна оказалась очень приветливая. Владеет русским, английским, грузинским, армянским языками. В номере свежий ремонт, чисто. Есть всё необходимое для проживания: кондиционер, стиральная машина, плита, холодильник, мини -кухня, шкаф. В ванне: мыло, гель для душа, шампунь, тапочки. На кухне чай, кофе, сахар. Во дворе есть закрытая беседка, где можно попить чай, кофе, перекусить или просто побеседовать. В пешей доступности метро. 15-20 мин. и в центре. Рядом магазины, обменники, аптеки."
