"Just meters from shore with nice views from the balcony. The whole building serves as a hotel, is clean and renovated. Has tv, aircon, tables in the room and on the balcony, chairs, wardrobe, mirrors, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Easy to find, there is just one pink building like this on the foreshore, close to the small "Nikora" supermarket."

"Could be just an unfortunate accident, but Wi-fi went down for several hours just when I needed it most, it was raining heavily outside. Also adding bedside lamps would make the stay here so much more comfortable."

"Weak or inexistant wifi in the room as the router is located on the other side of the house, outside on the terrace. A good reason to sit on the terrace and sip a beer. 😊"

"Отличное расположение, вид из окна - потрясающий, до пляжа 2 минуты от номера. Все очень понравилось. Сотрудники отеля очень приветливые, отзывчивые, любой вопрос решался мгновенно. Всем рекомендую этот отель!"

"Отдыхали в августе и поначалу приехав, несколько расстроились - в Уреки в это время полно народу. Идешь до пляжа - толпы людей, достаточно грязно, машины припаркованы друг на друге. Но денек привыкли и перестали это замечать. Сам Дом располагается на краю Уреки, поэтому достаточно спокойно. В доме и на участке - Красивые обеденная, мангальная зоны, зона отдыха на террасе второго этажа. Интерьер подобран со вкусом. Кухня хорошо скомплектована - 2 плиты, 2 раковины, 3 холодильника, шкаф полный посудой."

"I stayed here for 30 days. The location is pretty good. I previously stayed at a location near the old town where I had to walk 2 km to reach a pretty bad supermarket. Here you will find several adequate supermarkets within 1-5 minutes walk. The nearest metro station is 10-15 minutes away. The room is small, as others have remarked, and the maintenance of the bathroom fixtures is not optimal, but you need to consider what is important for you. There is a long narrow space that is good enough for pacing up and down or doing a little workout. The fridge is clean, there is a small counter and the stove is powerful, so you can easily cook simple meals. If cooking is important to you, then this is a better option than most hotels. The air conditioner can keep the small space as cool as you want. The hostess's son drove me to the train station as a favor at the end of my stay, which saved me the trouble of lugging my bags through the metro system."
