"Very pleasant, tidy, functional place. Complete and well-used kitchen. Very friendly staff. A large upstairs lounge that seems to be never used, so good if you want a large table or a leather couch for a while. A good choice"

"Very nice house at entrance of city, 15 minutes walk to center. Nice room with good beds and good bathroom. If wanted you can sit on terras. Very friendly hosts."

"We stayed in a room on the upper floor of a family house. We had our own toilet and bathroom in our room. Tootbrush, toothpaste, soap and shampoo were left for each person. The host and his family were very helpful. They flexed the check-in time for us, were always kind to us, and even helped us buy a return ticket. There was everything you could need nearby, inclusing currensy exchange offices, markets, bus and metro stops etc. We could reach the city center in fifteen minutes. We really enjoyed it."

He offered it to us at a very very reasonable price than market and both wine as well as Chacha were of fantastic quality. "A washing machine and laundry detergent are provided free of charge. The landlady is very friendly and welcoming; I often saw her cleaning, and the clean and tidy environment made me feel very comfortable. I stayed here for over ten days. It's very close to the subway and bus stations, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making cooking very convenient."

"Chill, good view from room. Very friendly. Bit of character to the place. Let me leave bags before and after my stay without issue. Compared to staying in New Gudauri it had more of a feeling of being a relaxed escape, a bit more rustic maybe. There's a few restaurants around, but not loads. Getting to new Gudauri is a short (overpriced) taxi ride / drive, or quite a long walk. For skiing, it's a short walk to the nearest ski lift, Shino. I rented skis in New Gudauri from a shop I knew, but there was some evidence of ski rental nearby, but it might be a bit limited. The hotel has a boot room to store skis. Prices weren't cheap, but it was peak ski season on the weekend, so it was in line with other places available. Breakfast was a buffet, and decent enough. Overall, I'd happily stay there again."
