"Superb location: walkable to the main attractions, lots of shops and cafes around. The flat itself has two separated bedrooms and two bathrooms which is handy, is clean and quiet. The communication with the owner was smooth and easy, as well as check in/out."

"Расположение,близость к метро,возможность уехать в любую точку города. Хороший хозяин,всегда на связи,всегда поможет если нужно, очень хорошая горничная. Если нужно тихое место в центре со своей парковкой,вам сюда!"

"Хорошее соотношение цена/качество, прекрасное месторасположение, очень радушный хозяин. Есть бесплатное место для парковки небольшой машины (ограничения по ширине и высоте въезда во двор). Две комнаты, два санузла, есть стиральная машина. Есть кондиционер на случай жары и электроконвекторы на случай холода (мы пользовались последними)"

"Очень мягкие подушки (но это кому как нравится). Ещё было бы классно почистить и обустроить небольшую веранду у входа"

"I arrived in at Kutaisi airport in the middle of the night. Although my flight was delayed and immigration took me a bit the driver of the hotel which I booked in advance was patiently waiting for me. We reached the hotel in about 10 minutes, everything was perfectly clean and I could rest a few hours before my connecting flight in the next morning :-)."

"Lovely guesthouse with very kind staff. Marina (not Irina) who runs the place was very helpful with advice about Svaneti and she prepared lovely breakfasts which were different each day! Her husband very kindly drove us back to the airport for free after our stay. The room we had was great with a heater to really warm it up which was needed in the evenings and mornings especially. The bathroom can be quite cold as there is no heater in there but with no central heating, it is difficult to change this."

Special gratitude to the owner of the apartment. He is very nice man, was always friendly and ready to help with anything. He replied very fast and tried to solve all issue we faced such as late notice booking (2h before check in), payment complications and so on. Recommend for stay ❤️"
