"The room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast, omelette which seems to be the norm in Gambia, was very good."

"I felt guilty because I was the only person there which meant that the three staff, on a rota, had nothing to do except hang about - not quite sure why they couldn't leave me, as I had a key and didn't foresee any problems."

"Our waitress Ndey was doing a wonderful Job, she is Kind & Always has a Smile on the Face. The Pool area is spacious & the beach is stunning The bed was one of the Most comfortable one I've ever slept in, also the room itself was spacious & Clean. The food in ala carte Restaurant especially lamb casserole & grilled Beef Filet were outstanding while Other dishes were boring and lacked of Attention. Kombo Beach has been renovated but still has way to Go to get the best Hotel in Gambia. But it's on a good way & I Hope it will get there!"

"The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Lamin was very helpful and told us to feel at home here and we did. Nothing was too much trouble when we asked questions about getting around and buying everyday essentials. Lamin picked us up from the airport, allowed us to change money and took us to a supermarket. Lamin also arranged a hire car for us. Lamin and his wife Silvia were very friendly, we will definitely stay there again. Thanks Lamin and Silvia."
