"When entering the room there is a musty odor. Also some things needed repair. For example, could not keep one of the outside louvres on the balcony open. In addition, could not adjust heating and TV was small and only able to access Greek channels."

"- the sink was obstructed, - check-in on the phone upon arrival (which looks a little odd to me for a hotel) - despite the description of the breakfast deliciousness, there was… none (we also chose this pace to enjoy breakfast from the rooftop as per hotel description). Finally, however, we enjoyed our own balcony with a take-away from a nearby bakery. I am fine with this and I can understand we are in low-season but the info should be stated in the hotel description."
"Everything was perfect. The rooms are very comfortable and beautifully decorated . The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning - especially when we watched the sunset. Breakfast on the rooftop dining room was wonderful and plentiful. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. We are looking forward already to returning to Dimitra for a third time next year."
