"We would definitely recommend staying here. The building is beautifully maintained, both in the common areas and the rooms. Everything is spotless and very well organized. The staff are absolutely lovely – super helpful, always ready to explain how everything works and what to see in town. The location couldn’t be better: just 3 minutes from the lake, right under the castle, close to a supermarket and with plenty of restaurants nearby. Parking is available on request for an extra fee, which is very convenient. Honestly, I can’t think of a better place in Bled at this price point. It exceeded our expectations by far. Although it’s a Youth Hostel, the atmosphere is calm and respectful, with a lot of care taken to make it comfortable for everyone. The rooms have lockers, and both the beds and pillows are excellent, they felt brand new."

"The only thing we would suggest is to make it clearer from the start that this is a Youth Hostel with an age limit (18–45). At the moment, it only appears in the fine print, which can be a bit confusing. It would be more transparent to include that in the main description or even the title. That said, we would absolutely recommend this place without hesitation."

"Colleen is an amazing host. She took me to the doctors when I was sick and was always around to make sure everyone and everything was ok. The place is in a great location just a short walk from the main bus stop and the lake. Everything was very clean and the rooms were comfortable with curtains which were great."

"The kitchen got a bit crowded at peak meal time but I just cooked my food in advance to avoid chaos so it was ok!"

"Great staff and really friendly service. Hostel was quiet overnight and I got loads of sleep. The location was perfect and as a solo female (aged 50+) in a mixed dorm I felt very safe."

"Duvets were very very thin but I was given another and was warm enough over night so not really an issue."

"There are only 2 bathrooms for everyone (with toilet), and the day i stayed there it was fully booked, so there was a huge line for the toilet. I think its unfair to wait for so many people to shower first only so that I could pee. Also, the shared room is close to the kitchen and all the noise comes through."
