The Ski Residence is a traditional mountain building in the Paneveggio Park of San Martino di Castrozza. It offers self-catering apartments furnished in wood, and free parking. "Amazing and very family-friendly! Not only I was given a very large room with a breathtaking view, but the entire hotel is equipped with lots of entertainment for kids/children! There's a small playground just in front of the building, plus an indoor playground in the basement! Can't ask for more when traveling with the little ones :) We will be back next year for sure"

"La titolare è gentilissima ( a fine soggiorno ci ha anche dato un vassoio di crostata fatta in casa), l'ambiente era pulito,buona e tranquilla la posizione. Il divano letto comodo ( cosa rara),noi abbiamo usufruito del monolocale con balcone e cucina."

"Sicuramente l'assenza della doccia,la vasca doccia è pericolosa per stare in piedi, inoltre il vetro solo parziale rischia di far bagnare il pavimento. Quindi si è costretti a fare il bagno seduti ogni volta nella classica vasca.La cucina è veramente piccola suggerirei di fare trovare il frigo già collegato elettricamente e magari accompagnare le persone nella stanza all' arrivo per qualche breve spiegazione.( Io non sono riuscito a spegnere ed accendere il TV se non direttamente dallo stesso) ,la luce della cucina è poco intuitiva . Essendo stata la prima settimana di settembre il riscaldamento era spento ed i 5/6 gradi serali si fanno sentire ,ma non si può farne una colpa alla direzione.Non capisco i due piumini singoli su un letto matrimoniale"

"Il frigo non aveva lo sportello interno della zona freezer e ghiacciava tutti gli alimenti. Alcune mancanze di accessori per cucinare."

"Struttura molto comoda per la posizione, vicina ad alcuni impianti di risalita, al noleggio e-bike e sci e non lontana dal centro. Gentilissima e sempre disponibile la proprietaria nel fornire indicazioni e informazioni su percorsi, cose da visitare e fare, acquisti, locali, ecc."

"Abbiamo trascorso un bella settimana di vacanza. Abbiamo usufruito di un appartamento adatto alle nostre esigente pulito e ben curato. Ottima la posizione per poter raggiungere in breve tempo sia il centro di San Martino che tutte le bellezze naturali che la circondano. Inoltre la signora Anna è stata sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Piacevole sorpresa le sue merende offerte ai clienti e fatte in casa molto buone."

"Perfect location with great views of the mountains and river in the beautiful town of Arco. The apartment was nicely decorated in italian style and included a great hot tub bath and a 4k television. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed with an induction hob and a combi oven, and a fridge freezer. There was free parking available in an underground garage, but we were on foot - the pedestrian entrance came out right onto the pretty alleyways in the Arco old town."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and cleaned every day, and it had air conditioning which was very convenient. There are plenty of parking spaces, so arriving by car was no problem. The owners were extremely friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We stayed with our dog, and he enjoyed it just as much as we did. Highly recommended!"

"I liked that there were two bathrooms in our room. I really enjoyed the Swimmingpool- it was clean, spatious, and there were no children or annoying pool inflatables all over. The coffee was excellent. The lake is nearby. The hotel was very relaxing due to minimal noise, everything was very peaceful."

"The hotel is very modern and clean. Staff was very nice and got me at night normal blanket cause in the summer no one gives them to you without request 😅 Breakfast was ok but in other places in Italy it’s way tastier. Regarding location you see where it is on the map. For me it was good on my way between cities and I booked it at 8 or 9 pm so it’s amazing they have 24h desk. In general I would recommend it for people who move around a lot and value nice clean and comfy rooms and also no noise"

"We had a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment was big, clean, warm, and beautifully decorated. - there is a big supermarket nearby, within a 5-minute drive - staff was friendly and helpful, we asked for a small cake as one of us was having a birthday and they kindly gave us one - the estate area was beautiful and very well kept"
