"The number of rooms, size and space in the property was excellent. Its a new build with modern features."

"More towels would have been nice for the length of stay and also a dryer in the laundry."

"Very clean, cozy and comfortable. The house is modern but with traditional Japanese elements. Bed was very comfortable (we chose one of the 4 bedrooms), kitchen has many utensils, and the bathroom is clean and comfortable as well. We liked everything."

"We were there in December and it started getting cold. Not a fault of this house, but the heating is localized so you have to remember to turn on and off the heater in spaces you are not all the time in - eg bathroom. That’s why some spaces are very warm and some cold and drafty."

"設備が新しく、きれいで清潔。最寄り駅の寺田町まで、徒歩7分。USJまで電車で30分。セブンイレブン、ローソン、ファミリーマートまで徒歩4分と、便利です。"

"Enough beds, showers and toilets for everyone! Everyone had their own private space. Highly recommend for am affordable place for large group. The front entrance also has a shared kitchen. We booked upstairs and downstairs so had the whole place to ourselves. Very comfortable!"

"It was in a calm area and understated, while impressive on the inside. Beautifully and tastefully decorated! The amenities were also very pleasant, with the facilities very nicely recreating the feel of onsen. The staff were extremely polite and friendly and their service was top notch, made us feel very welcome and very well looked after. The food was carefully and respectfully prepared, and presented beautifully. Most importantly of all it was absolutely delicious! I would recommend this wonderful Ryokan to anyone who would like a quiet and relaxed place to stay in Kyoto."

"Bigger than most other Tokyo apartments. For the price it was good. Not perfect as there are some things that could be better (like a place to hang your clothes and normal mirror). Kitchen was good and had all necessary utils. Beds are comfortable. Windows can be opened but there is no view as they are pointed to next building. Would book again but improvements would be good anyway. Location was good but you still have to walk to train station (either ~300 or 900 meters). Getting to Ikebukuro station will cost 157 jpy (2 stops, one way) so add that to every day commute to other parts of Tokyo."
