The place offers incredible views over the Mida creek. The swimming pool area is lovely, the garden is beautiful and well maintained. The food is great, there are plenty delicious options that were well prepared and presented. There is a boat transfer that is free to use between Lichthuis and the hotel, which is very convenient."

It is located right on the beachfront, with beautiful ocean views, and is also centrally located and close to most tourist destinations in Diani. The entire property is clean and well cared for, and the overall atmosphere is calm and serene. "I arrived late from London and the shuttle was waiting for me. Quick check in and they upgraded me to a suite. It was wonderful and I was so grateful. My connecting flight was only at lunchtime the next day so I had a leisurely breakfast and delicious coffee. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind. The room/suite was great and so quiet. I had such a good nights sleep. I regularly come to this hotel en route to London. This was a wonderful return visit."
