Dibuka pada tahun 2008, Hotel Butik Edvards adalah vila yang dikendalikan oleh keluarga di bahagian tengah Riga yang mendamaikan, hanya 3 blok jauhnya dari bandar lama yang bersejarah. Pusat Kongres Riga hanya 600 meter jauhnya, manakala Arena Riga bertempat 2 km dari tempat perhentian ini. WiFi percuma disediakan. "Great stop at this excellent hotel. Friendly staff who were most helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and covered the basic needs for a stop. Excellent bed. Breakfast was also first rate with plenty of choice. Secure parking for our motorcycles. A good hotel which we would use again."

"Great location in the centre, pretty simple and charming hotel, friendly staff. Great value for the money and no nonsense. The facade is not on the street, but rather inside the block, and the windows are good so you can’t hear the street noise, it was super quiet and peaceful during my stay."
"Rooms look a bit dated, but it is not too bad and even gives it that authentic Riga feeling. The fan in the bathroom is running all the time, but this seems to be standard in Riga (had the same issues in all other hotels I've been to there, including large chains with newly remodeled rooms)."
