"Riad Bel Haj is a wonderful property, that breathes peace, quiet and a sense of home belonging even if our stay was the first time ever in Marrakech. Located in the old Medina, it is a great place to move around. The Riad is clean, beautiful, carefully decorated, with comfortable, cozy and elegantly designed rooms. The kindest and most professional staff you can find makes your stay so easy: Mohammed and the whole team looked after us from the moment we arrived until the minute we left. "Stayed at Riad Norma recently and it was fantastic from start to finish. The riad is in an excellent location, easy to reach yet tucked away from the Medina chaos—perfect for exploring Fes on foot. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.Our room was lovely: spacious, beautifully decorated in authentic Moroccan style, with comfy bedding. The amazing breakfast! "The staff are all exceptional, very friendly and eager to help. All professional and very welcoming. We were traveling with a 2 year old and at some point I ran of nappies. My husband was at a work conference at the time and I wasnt comfortable going to supermarket myself as I noticed crossing the road can be quite tricky at times specially with a toddler. The reception and door man staff offered to buy the nappies for me and the door man visited several shops to try and obtain the exact ones I needed. Always going above and beyond! Rooms are clean and spacious, food was wonderful. Kids club was exceptional, huge space with variety of activities, toys and clean bathrooms."
