"The kitchen needs renovation , very old with few broken cabinets Falling out The main shower , slippery not safe for people with disability and mobility issues . There was no hair dryer . Eventually we got one after three days of negotiation."

"Residence La Fontaine is elegant and well situated – not far from the main transport hubs and only a kilometre from Kutubia and Jama F’na. Our appartment was clean and modern and all the facilities worked. The security personnel were polite and helpful."

"There were originally three in our party when I made the booking, but then another friend joined us – I informed the management of this and paid an additional supplement. With four in our party we needed one room with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Unfortunately both rooms had double beds – so in order to accommodate three ladies’s preferences, I had to book another single room appartment at another Residence. This was not convenient for me, but I hasten to add that this extra cost in my having to book another room elsewhere was not the management’s fault: when I first made the booking for three people, two double bedrooms were fine."
