"Palais d’Ouzoud truly feels like a little paradise. The place has such an authentic kasbah atmosphere, full of charm and character, and it makes you feel like you’re somewhere really special. The hospitality was exceptional — everyone was incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. On top of that, the food was absolutely amazing, fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. A beautiful place to relax and enjoy the real Moroccan feeling. Highly recommended."

"The person taking care of the property was great and helped us with everything. The place was very clean, and we felt comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was also very delicious. Everything was really nice and we truly enjoyed our time there."

"We booked a suite but were shown to a basic room. It took half an hour to sort, during which time we were left in the heat with no communication or offer of water. I also pointed out at this point that we had been charged twice. This has since been resolved. When we eventually got to our room we discovered a filthy toilet and no towels (the reason given was because we had bathrobes instead !?). There were exposed live electrics next to the bed. The pool was really dirty. We went to dinner at 7.50 (I had been told restaurant was open till 10.30). No staff were there and the restaurant was in darkness. By 8.10 we found a member of staff and ordered simple pasta. By 9pm we still hadn't been served our food, no staff present to order a drink. We had a small can of sprite an hour before! By 9.10 we told the member of staff we eventually found that we were going to bed. 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door and our pasta had arrived. We declined. We were happy that we were only staying one night. As we were taking our luggage to the car the next morning we were chased by the receptionist, demanding we paid for the two cans of sprite from the evening before. We had every intention of paying. We hadn't checked out and found the attitude very unprofessional. In fairness, the owner apologised as we were checking out and waived the cost of the sprite!"

"The room wasn’t totally clean when we arrived. Some dirt came from the ceiling, but the staff did clean it for us immediately. The bathroom was a bit old, the shower didn’t have a big watersupply and the swimming pool was ice cold."

"Le lieu est très bien situé juste à côté des cascades d ouzoud . Le site est magnifique : très beau jardin avec belle piscine. Les chambres sont très propres, fonctionnelles et typiques. On s y sent très bien ! Les nuits sont calmes et le réveil se fait au son des oiseaux . Les repas sont très bons et le petit déjeuner est incroyable. Très bon accueil également. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !"
