Semua unit mempunyai tempat tinggal mandi peribadi dengan peralatan mandian percuma. Katil boleh diletakkan di luar untuk tidur al fresco. Dunia Kulinari yang menghadap kanyon menyajikan masakan yang dimasak sendiri dan yang di samping itu boleh dimakan di luar. Terdapat lagi bar dalaman. Taman Nasional Canyon sekitarnya merangkumi keluasan 45,000 hektar dan menyediakan peluang kembara serta memerhati burung. Fish River Lodge boleh mengatur aktiviti berjalan kaki berpandu, memandu atau kembara di waktu senja di sepanjang pangkalan canyon, di mana haiwan asli sering dapat dilihat. Tempat percutian ini mempunyai landasan lapangan terbang sendiri dan boleh menyajikan pemmengagumkanan atas permintaan.
