"Relax & step back in time staying in this luxuriously outfitted former stable house in the center of a working farm! Beautiful kitchen & bathroom, farm fresh eggs, and grounds to walk observing cows & horses up close! Hosts are welcoming, but not intrusive, have been attentive to details, and are very close to realizing their vision to host a top tier event space for weddings, etc... Don't miss this terrific value stay!"

"Welcoming hosts, a separate building on their farm so very private and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped - I cooked my own meals and everything I could need was there. So lovely to have a fire the first night when it was a bit cool. Other heaters also available. Water is from an artesian well on the property so clean and beautiful. Comfortable, clean and a lovely outlook over their farm. A lovely walk down the manicured drive along a beautiful tree lined river. Very handy to so many Canterbury locations but felt like a million miles away."
