"Rio Lindo had an excellent riverfront location. Our room faced the river and the sounds were incredible. The bathroom was comfortable, the room had a mini-fridge— which we appreciated as we bought lots of fruit— and in general, the hotel had everything we wanted for a weekend stay. "Clean, and a cleaner came each day, the roof terrace was amazing, lots of space. I was a bit concerned about previous reviews about lack of heating and hot water but the place was warm and we didn’t need the heaters provided, shower water was hot which we needed for the long treks in the surrounding mountains. I could have spent a lot longer here."

"Loved the view, the courtyard, the little kitchenette, the terrace and the breakfast was fabulous. The rooms were nice. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We had a flight that was diverted to Lima and only made it to Cusco at midnight. The taxi driver the hotel organised to pick us up waited in Cusco for 5 hours. Sure, we had to pay a little extra, but it was totally worth it. All very helpful. The hotel cats and dogs were cool"
