"The hotel is very well located due to its central position; however, it is extremely noisy until late at night because of this."

"Avoid Room 206 at all costs unless you want to feel like you’re sleeping in the middle of a train station. Due to the rooftop bar, hundreds of people walk in and out of the hotel every day without actually being guests. Right outside the window there’s a dish lift and two air conditioning units, adding to the constant noise. The room itself is no bigger than a storage closet – dark, stuffy, and absolutely unbearable. I complained and was moved to a room facing the street. It was larger, but sleep was still impossible. Kaleiçi is a popular area and people pass through it loudly until the early hours of the morning. I suppose you could tolerate it for one night max – and probably only with two promille of alcohol in your blood. To make things worse, I had to cut my stay short by two days because I was bitten by bedbugs. When I complained, the response was vague and dismissive – they insisted the bites had nothing to do with their hotel. Odd, considering I had stayed nowhere else for the entire week. "I stayed there for 2 nights and I had the best room view! Everyone was super kind and friendly and the room was clean and there drinks were really delicious. I will stay there again in the future!"

"The location is excellent and we paid extra for a balcony overlooking the sea, We are not demanding and therefore we were very satisfied. The location was important to us and it was perfect. We more or less just slept in the room. We stayed there for 5 nights and would highly recommend it."

"The room was very small, looked much smaller than in the photos and the cleaning was not very thorough, the floor was always dirty even after cleaning. Count on the fact that there is no peace and quiet, the music plays late into the night."

"- It's noisy at least in room 101 - this is the passage for everyone to the restaurant on the roof, also at night everything that happens in the corridor can be heard (I think this applies to other rooms as well), including drunk people. The door without soundproofing is an ordinary door. - Paid water in the room"

"The location of the hotel was great, in walking distance to cafes and restaurants. The restaurant below was delicious for both breakfast and dinner. Great view from one side of the hotel overlooking the water and good sized balcony."

"Due to the design of the hallways and being right under the mono terrace, people walking up and down and up above through the night were very clearly heard and echoing. The room also had a constant smoke/musty smell."

"No breakfast included, which was a surprise. View from the room (deluxe double sea view) was great. Air conditioning was adequate, but not overwhelming. Location was great, on the sea with many restaurants nearby. At least 3 adorable cats seemed to make the downstairs café their home :)"

"Like many properties in Turkey, housekeepers don’t seem to visit in the morning or early afternoon, so when you’ve returned from your day’s explorations, the room is still undone. At that point you’d rather be left alone, so you make do with a dirty room and if you’re lucky order fresh towels."
