"This hotel has everything 4+star hotel should have: kitchen, microwave, fridge, plates, cups, free tea-bags, slippers, air conditioning, big plasma monitor, big windows and beatiful view (7 floor), restaurant on the highest 11th floor, fan, shower, bidet, variety of gels, conditioners and shmpoo. Normally, this level hotel costs much more, but it is only about 30 EUR per day. Hotel staff is also friendly. Nice place not so far from city center, small quiet street."

"My home away from home! I have stayed here a few times now and will continue to come back. Great staff, great location for me, low key and quiet. The room size is the best thing, big rooms with kitchenette's and a table to work or eat at. Place is always clean and cleaning staff do a great job and very friendly. Reception staff and security are like my family while away from home. Recommend and I will stay here whenever I need to."

"This is a great hotel. Does not have the large facilities of larger hotels but the facilities and comfort in your room provide you with all you need for your stay in Kyiv. The staff are so helpful and English spoken by front of house, who helped me on many occasions. Rooms are very large, the vast windows let in a lot of light which is a great plus. Location is great and large supermarket just a two minute walk. Subway close by. All in all a great place with smiling welcoming staff. Superb"

"Felt the restaurant could have more possibilities and my lack of Ukrainian language left me a bit intimidated and trying to ask for simple things like a pot of tea or options for breakfast was difficult as I am Vegan and the only option of a English breakfast meant I could not have breakfast. Am sure meat eaters will enjoy though :).... These points are more my fault in not knowing the language, but maybe something they can look into for the future once more tourists come is to a different set up and menu for their food, offering healthy options using local foods as well and even a buffet style so the customer can have their own choice and quantity. Western tourists will welcome such a thing."

"I have stayed here before and again a nice solid stay, with excellent friendly staff and very decent large rooms with all amenities and kept very clean. Most rooms like a studio with small kitchenette. Plenty of lighting, beds are comfortable and there is an elevator. For me the hotel is easy to get to and never had an issue finding parking on street near it or if you are lucky they have several on site parking spots. There is also an excellent little coffee shop directly over the road which opens at 0800. I will stay again :)"

"The breakfast was okay, but It is a set menu on a plate, not a buffet and you get what you are served. Some items were tasty, the eggs were okay, but you don't have a choice in what you get for those expecting a buffet or menu options. Aside from this, all the rest was great."
