"The staff is extremely efficient, and seems to be always ready to do everything, impressive. We arrived very early by the train from Samarkand, but someone at the reception welcomed us and allowed us to go to our room (for a price), and my friends have been able to sleep. The person at the breakfast was very nice and professional too. Clearly a good choice for a stay in Nukus !"

"New hotel ten minutes’ walk from the museum. Very clean, the AC worked great, and there was a fridge in the room. Very kind staff. Bed was surprisingly comfy (not as hard as usual in this region). The room was on the small side, though, and didn’t even have a chair."

"I liked everything. Best welcoming and customer service any guest wants to experience in any hotel. All staff were so charming, delightful and attentive at the point that they invited my dad and me to have lunch from their staff food, a tasty local dish from Karakalpakstan. Beds were so comfortable and room was big. Breakfast the best of the trip too with wide range of local and western continental options. Reception team will help you to plan your Aral Sea Adventure, which is highly recommended! Thank you Faiz Hotel team for everything, the experience was absolutely outstanding, you msde us feel like we were at home"

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this guesthouse in the mountains. The family who run it were so kind to us, and cooked us delicious dinners (including catering very well to my vegetarianism). The location is perfect for walks in the mountains and valleys nearby. The accommodation is as to be expected for a mountain guesthouse: cosy but basic."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's a good way to get to know the Uzbek culture, far away from the touristy areas. It's run by a family. Nigina and her girls cooked amazing fresh food every day. Best food we had in whole Uzbekistan especially the Plov, even the guides who stayed there it's one of the best they ever had. Raxmat is an amazing host he helped us with thing from the beginning till the end, with transportation or also with hike tours. The place is good for every type of travellers, there were also some families, solo female travelers etc. For us, we stayed 3 nights, it was nice to disconnect (they have wifi) but we never used it. There is plenty of things to do like hiking etc. We will miss this wonderful place. Thank you again Raxmat and Nigina!"
