"Приехали с семьей на одни сутки вежливый персонал чистота порядок везде компактный отель но уютно обставлено всё со вкусом спасибо админу и ресепшионистам. Завтрак вкусный главное свежее все. Неожиданно по приезду угостили сразу фруктами и соками очень было приятно. Хамам быстро разогреваеться в отличие сухой парилки бассейн не скажу что прям холодный достаточно нырнуть и привыкаешь вода приятная чистая. Буду рекомендовать."

"Гостиница расположена в жилом районе города в пешей доступности от метро, что было очень удобно для передвижения по городу. Супер выбор, чтобы почувствовать себя чуть меньше туристом и чуточку местным. Просторные номера, новый интерьер, Безукоризненно чисто! Удобная кровать, подушка и приятное постельное белье. Очень вкусный и разнообразный завтрак, причем ассортимент блюд менялся каждый день (мы прожили в гостинице более недели), и каждый день нас угощали новой свежей выпечкой и фруктами. Невероятно вежливый и любезный персонал. Гостеприимство и забота о постояльцах выше всех похвал. От души рекомендую, сами в следующий раз с удовольствием будем останавливаться снова в Веларе."

"Отель "Velara" замечательный!😍 Как только мы забронировали его, уже было чувство, что мы не ошиблись с выбором. Когда мы вошли в отель, нас уже тепло встретили, все подробно объяснили, дали совет куда нам нужно идти и что нужно сделать, т.к. мы находились в городе впервые. Очень понравился интерьер отеля, все аккуратно и чисто, обслуживающий персонал вежливый, всегда готовы что-то подсказать, выполнить. Завтраки вкусные, есть все продукты. Сами блюда в ресторане тоже вкусные, порции огромные. Выражаю огромную благодарность отелю и всему персоналу!😊💐"

"The hotel is in a convenient, quiet location a short walk from the metro (which was very useful) and grocery stores. The staff was exemplary, by far the most helpful I've seen at any hotel anywhere. They really went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible and to anticipate anything I might need. The room was large and clean, and the bed, pillows, and sheets were very comfortable. The free breakfast was excellent, with lots of diverse options that changed every day."

"The hotel is surrounded by greenery and offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is about a 12–15 minute walk to the main road, where you can find supermarkets, fast-food outlets, and various restaurants. The TV Tower is also within walking distance, just over 20 minutes away. All staff members were warm, approachable, and efficient, which greatly enhanced the overall experience."

"Beautiful location and a more friendly owner is hard to find! Shodman ate dinner with us, told us about the area, took us on a fantastic hike and helped organize our trip back to Samarkand. The food was among the better we had in Uzbekistan."

"We had the best time ever! The family is very kind and fun, we played volleyball with the kids and felt right at home. The rooms are cozy and private. The mountain view is also a plus. The mum cooks all the meals and is an incredible cook. The variety of the meals is remarkable! We definitely recommend it and cant wait to go back! They also took care of every activity we wanted to do. We already miss it!"

"The family were very welcoming. The horse riding they organised was fabulous, one of the highlights of our entire holiday in Uzbekistan. Hiking opportunities straight from the door or just some time chilling in a very relaxed atmosphere . Home cooked rustic food was really nice and plentiful. We were lucky enough to be joined by the family to eat dinner on two of our 3 night stay, the last night was too cold for them to sit out though. Breakfast was great too. The showers in the guest block are very good ( but the right hand one doesn’t drain well)"
