"The place is wonderful! Spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The area is beautiful and quiet, with all shops very close by. The hosting family is so kind, and we truly felt at home. The neighbors in the neighborhood are also very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. The garden and outdoor space are just perfect. There is also a dining hall and a fully equipped kitchen that we used for a barbecue, plus bathrooms available on the ground floor near the kitchen and dining area. Everything was simply perfect and made our vacation safe and amazing. A big thank you for the warm hospitality!"

"It is a very special location. The large rock pool is absolutely unique. Great for swimming and looking at coral fish. We have never seen this at any other place we stayed."

La zona es muy tranquila, perfecta para descansar y desconectar. La habitación me sorprendió gratamente: además de ser muy bonita y luminosa, resultó muy cómoda y estaba equipada con una cocina que tenía todo lo necesario para preparar mis comidas. La piscina es amplia y agradable, ideal para relajarme después de pasar el día en la playa. Sin duda, lo que más destaco son las vistas increíbles que hicieron mi estancia aún más especial. "Very comfortable sleeping room, big kitchen and dining room area. Everything you need regarding cleaning, washing and household. Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. So everything was awesome!"

"Mona was exceptionally helpful and communicated clearly to get me settled in. The room was spotlessly clean and the maid service kept it in excellent shape. The staff at the building were friendly and helpful, especially security who looked after our car,"

It is a little hard to find and it might not be a bad idea to have some instructions in thai for the driver, we spent a while locating it. Once found it was easy enough to find again.

Air conditioner did not work in our room. Reported it 3 times, maintenance came twice but no fix. Some staff members at reception were not as helpful or enthusiastic as other staff.

A little difficult to locate initially

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."

"Great location. Just few minutes away walking to the beach and good restaurants. The apartment is clean, tidy and more spacious than seen in the pictures. There was storm Benjamin when we were there! Hence we couldn't go far. But it was my husband's birthday, so we wouldn't just stay inside. So I booked the Noordzee restaurant just literally across the apartment. (6-7m away), and we had a fantastic dinner! Joost & Nicolette are good hosts and responsive"

The bed is a bit too soft to our liking. And thankfully we're at the 1st floor so we didn't need to climb the steep stairs too much.

The room was basic (ie basic bathroom, wardrobe, tv, no desk) and was in the process of being cleaned when I arrived, but then this could be reflected in the 'budget' cost I paid for the accommodation.

Nothing at all it is a very minor thing if the bathroom shower had an issue but staff helped me with a bucket so it was taken care of very quickly.

"Location is amazing, everything is so close, a bar and place to eat is 100m away. Friendly staff. The terrace is beautiful, very bright if the weather is good. In overall loved the stay, it was very comfortable."

There was no dish soap or anything to clean the dishes.
